Guides are on the way.

We have not published any guides yet. Until we do, here are short answers to the rules every restaurant website in England has to follow.

Quick answers

Which allergens must a menu show?

The 14 in UK law: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and sulphur dioxide (sulphites). OrdaSite asks you to check all 14 for every dish.

Do I need a cookie banner?

Only for cookies a guest does not need, such as visit counting. Ask first, and make saying no as easy as saying yes. OrdaSite sets no such cookie until the guest agrees.

Can I ask only happy guests for reviews?

No. Filtering who is asked, or rewarding a review, is not allowed. OrdaSite sends every guest the same Google link.
